提要：2007年中华医学会麻醉学分会组织专家组，在参考其他国家困难气道管理指南，结合国情和国内的临床经验起草和制定了《困难气道管理专家意见》。本文结合该专家意见，就困难气道的管理原则及教育培训等内容进行阐述。

Abstract:
Summary：In 2007，Chinese Medical Association of Anesthesiology organized specialists to draft and formulate the specialists’ opinions on difficult airway management，concerning the guidelines of other countries and situations and clinical experience in our country. This article explains the principles of difficult airway management，education and training combined the specialists’ opinions.
