舍格伦综合征动物模型研究进展

摘要：

舍格伦综合征是一种系统性自身免疫性疾病，病因、发病机制尚不完全清楚。 早期诊断及治疗一直是临床棘手问题。通过实验动物模型观察疾病发生发展过程，探讨可能的发病机制及干预措施是舍格伦综合征研究的一个重要内容。本文就舍格伦综合征实验动物模型研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Sj?gren syndrome（SS） is a chronic autoimmune disorder of unknown etiology， which makes it difficult to early diagnose and treat the disease. Research on animal model plays an important role in investigating the pathogenesis and establishing treatment strategy of the disease. The aim of this paper is to review the research advances in the animal model of SS.
