患者个性与固定修复体满意度的相关研究

摘要：

目的 探讨患者个性与固定修复体满意度的相关性。方法 选择2008年2月至2008年5月在中国医科大学口腔医学院修复门诊就诊的139例患者，进行中国版艾森克人格问卷简式量表（EPQ-RSC）、一般情况、戴用修复体1个月的满意度调查，并进行分析。结果 EPQ-RSC的某些维度与固定修复体的颜色、外形、咀嚼功能相关，而患者的人格因素及基本情况与固定修复体的总体满意度无相关性。结论 外向、性情温和、善于自我控制的患者更倾向于对固定修复体表示满意，但多种综合因素与修复体满意度之间的相关性尚待进一步研究。

Abstract:

Objective To study the relationship between the patients’ personality and their satisfaction with the fixed prostheses. Methods A total of 139 subjects were investigated by using EPQ-RSC questionnaire when they came for the first visit， and the satisfaction questionnaire was done by having a conversation on the phone after they wore the prostheses for one month. Results Some scores of the EPQ-RSC were associated with the satisfaction of color，shape，and masticated function of the fixed prostheses，but the patients’ facors which contained personality characteristics and other factors were not correlated with the total satisfaction degree of the fixed prostheses. Conclusion The patients who are extroverted，well-disposed，and good at self-controlling seem to show more satisfaction with the prostheses，but the ralationship between the patients’ factors and the total satisfaction degree of the fixed prostheses needs further study .
