复合树脂修复楔状缺损疗效观察

摘要：

目的 评价复合树脂修复楔状缺损2年内疗效。方法 收集2004年3月至2005年3月于沈阳市新兴齿科门诊活髓楔状缺损患牙105颗，排龈、酸蚀、涂布粘接剂、复合树脂充填，修整、抛光。随访2年，评定疗效。 结果 2年内无充填失败病例发生，充填效果理想病例占85.7%。 结论 复合树脂是充填楔状缺损的良好材料。

Abstract:

Abstract： Objective To evaluate the two-year clinical effect of wedge-shaped defects filled with composite resin. Methods A total of 105 wedge-shaped defects were collected. Gingiva was retracted， etched， and adhesive was applied.Composite resin was filled and the teeth were fixed and polished. The patients were followed up for 2 years and results were evaluated. Results The two-year success percentage of composite resin was 100%. The excellence percentage was 85.7%. Conclusion Composite resin was an excellent material to fill the wedge-shaped defects.
