口腔诊疗中突发医疗事件防范

  • 作者简介:张昕，副主任医师，硕士学位。现任首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院急诊综合诊疗中心副主任。主要从事牙外伤、口腔颌面部急症的临床、教学和科研工作，负责首都医科大学口腔医学院“牙外伤学”的教学工作。为北京口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会常务委员，国际牙外伤协会会员。2013年曾赴日本鹤见大学研修。作为第一作者及通信作者发表科研论文9篇，参与翻译牙外伤专著1部。

摘要：

口腔诊疗的各个环节中都存在突发意外医疗事件的可能。患者的焦虑、恐惧、口腔治疗中的不适和疼痛，手术中所使用的局部麻醉药，以及患者全身系统性疾病如癫痫、心血管疾病和甲状腺功能亢进症等，均可影响口腔治疗，增加治疗风险。因此，是否采取适当的口腔治疗对防范突发医疗事件的发生十分重要。

Abstract:

Medical emergencies that are life-threatening can occur in dental practice. Anxiety，tension，pain and discomfort during dental treatment are thought to be causative factors.Other causes may be related to allergic and toxic reactions to local anesthetics. Complications may arise because of an underlying disease-specific pathology such as epilepsy，cardiovascular diseases and hyperthyroidism etc. Consequently，it is important to decide whether the dental treatment concerned could be safely performed in order to prevent medical emergencies.
