  • 作者简介:余东升，教授、主任医生、博士研究生导师。现任中山大学附属口腔医院急诊综合科主任兼院感科科长，美国伊利诺伊大学芝加哥分校（UIC）及芝加哥大学医学研究中心访问学者，澳门仁伯爵医院口腔专科医生。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会常务委员、广东省口腔医学会老年口腔专业委员会副主任委员、《中华口腔医学研究杂志（电子版）》编委等职。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、广东省自然科学基金项目3项、广东省科技攻关项目5项。发表科研论文70余篇，其中SCI收录18篇。参编专著3部。从事口腔临床工作20余年，擅长各种口腔急症处置、微创拔牙、牙种植以及颌骨囊性病变微创治疗等。

摘要：

局部麻醉在口腔诊疗中应用十分普遍，口腔医生往往要在较短时间内对患者病情及身体状况进行评估，选择出合适的麻醉药物。如何保证所选择麻醉药物的安全性和有效性备受关注。文章对常用口腔局麻药物的成分、分类、特性以及特殊患者的局麻药物选择进行系统阐述，为口腔临床医生提供参考。

Abstract:

Local anesthesia is very common in the course of dental treatment. Usually，the dentist should make a choice about local anesthesia drug in a short time according to patient's condition. It is very important for all dentists to guarantee the security and validity of the oral local anesthesia. In order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for dentists，we reviewed the ingredients，classifications， characteristics and choice of local anesthesia drugs for special patients in this article.
