不同类型错𬌗畸形与上气道形态相关性研究进展

摘要: 气道在健康的睡眠、呼吸过程中有着极为重要的作用,过窄的上气道会引起睡眠呼吸障碍,严重情况下患者可能会表现阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征相关症状。引起上气道形态变化的因素可分为硬组织和软组织因素,硬组织因素涉及上下颌骨形态、位置等,软组织因素包括舌体、软腭的位置及体积等。因此,与上气道形态相关的各类错𬌗畸形骨骼结构特征对气道健康的影响至关重要。文章就不同类型错𬌗畸形与上气道形态的相关性研究进展做一综述,为临床诊疗思路的改进提供参考。

Abstract: The airway plays an extremely important role in healthy sleep and breathing. Narrow upper airways can induce sleep-disordered breathing. In severe cases,patients may show symptoms related to obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. The factors affecting upper airway morphology can be categorized into hard tissue factors,deciding the shape and position of the jaws,and soft tissue factors,influencing the position and volume of the tongue and soft palate. Therefore,the skeletal structure and characteristics of various malocclusions associated with upper airway morphology have great impact on airway health. This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between different types of malocclusion and upper airway morphology,so as to provide references for the improvement in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
