种植固定修复体的咬合设计及其临床策略

  • 作者简介:赵文艳，主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任银川市口腔医院院务助理、科教科科长、数字化技术室主任、保健中心保健专家。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔医学计算机专业委员会委员、口腔美学专业委员会委员，中国牙病基金会适宜技术研究推广咨询委员会委员，中国整形美容协会委员。从事口腔种植修复近30年，擅长口腔种植、种植后修复及数字化修复等领域。近年来主持科研项目7项，发表学术论文10余篇，主编专著1部。获科技成果奖5项、宁夏回族自治区科技进步三等奖1项。获宁夏回族自治区级“优秀共产党员”、银川市“凤城名医”、银川市“高精尖缺人才”、“银川好医师”等荣誉称号。享银川市政府特殊津贴。

摘要： 随着口腔种植技术的不断发展与进步，种植修复已成为修复牙列缺损或缺失的重要方式之一。在口腔种植修复中，咬合因素对种植体内部结构及种植体-骨界面应力分布影响显著，其应力分布平衡与否直接关系到种植体的长期稳定性。文章主要就种植固定修复的咬合设计原则做一介绍，旨在为临床实践提供科学依据。

Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of oral implant technology，implant restoration has become one of the important methods for restoring dentition defects or losses. In oral implant restoration，occlusal factors have a significant impact on the internal structure of the implant and the stress distribution at the implant-bone interface. Whether the stress distribution is balanced is directly related to the long-term stability of the implant. This article mainly introduces the occlusal design principles in implant fixed restoration，aiming to provide a scientific basis for clinical practice.
