口底癌切除后缺损修复

摘要： 口底癌切除后的缺损常需要进行修复，其目的是覆盖创面、防止舌和口底粘连影响舌运动，以及隔离口腔与颈部。多种带蒂、游离及穿支皮瓣被应用于口底癌切除后的缺损修复。文章介绍了常用皮瓣的血供特点、制备要点、适应证、禁忌证及并发症，旨在帮助医生选择适合的皮瓣修复缺损，最大程度恢复口腔功能。

Abstract: The defect after the extensive excision for cancer of the floor of the mouth should be repaired. The purpose of the reconstruction is to cover the wound，reduce the adhesion between the tongue and the floor of the mouth，and separate the oral cavity from the neck. Several kinds of pedicle flaps，free flaps and perforator flaps have been used to repair the defect. In this review，we made a summary of the blood supply，key points of flap preparation，indications，contraindications and complications of these flaps related to their application in reconstruction of the defects of the floor of mouth. We aim to help the surgeons to choose the appropriate flap to repair the defect and to recover oral function as much as possible.
