DKK1基因及其基因多态性与口腔疾病的关系研究进展

摘要:

DKK1是Wnt经典信号通路的重要抑制剂,主要通过与低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白5/6(low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein5/6,LRP5/ LRP6)受体及Kremen-1/2结合成复合物而阻断Wnt信号传导。DKK1基因参与胚胎发育、成骨分化等过程,与口腔多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近年来,DKK1基因多态性的研究成为热点,目前已发现其多态性位点与先天性缺牙有相关性。文章就近年来关于DKK1基因及其基因多态性与口腔疾病的关系研究进展做一综述,为进一步研究DKK1基因在口腔疾病发生、发展中的作用提供理论依据。

Abstract:

DKK1 is an important inhibitor of Wnt signaling pathway,which blocked Wnt signaling mainly through combined with LRP5/LRP6 receptor and Kremen-1/2. DKK1 gene is involved in the process of embryonic development and osteogenic differentiation,and is related to the occurrence and development of many oral diseases. In recent years,the research of DKK1 gene polymorphisms has become a hotspot. It has been found that the DKK1 gene polymorphism sites are related to tooth agenesis. This review summarized the recent research progress of the relationship between DKK1 gene as well as its gene polymorphisms and oral diseases,and provided the theoretical basis for further studying the role of DKK1 in the development of oral diseases.
