Abstract: With the implementation of three-child policy in China，the number of pregnant women with two cesarean sections has gradually increased，and their risk of pregnancy increases significantly.Sufficient pre-pregnancy consultation and strengthening the standardized management of pregnancy and delivery are the keys to ensuring the maternal and neonatal safety and improving the maternal and neonatal outcomes.

摘要： 中国“三孩”政策实施后，二次剖宫产史女性再妊娠人数逐渐增加，其妊娠风险明显升高。孕前充分咨询，加强妊娠期及分娩期规范化管理，是保障母儿安全，改善母婴结局的关键。
