Abstract:

Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy（HDP）is a serious disease threatening the health of mothers and children in the world.With the increase of experience in diagnosis and treatment，international and Chinese HDP guidelines have been updated and revised continuously.This paper intends to compare and analyze the main different points of diagnosis，treatment and prevention in various international HDP guidelines，based on the clinical pratice activities and principles under the guidence of China HDP guidelines.

摘要：

妊娠期高血压疾病（HDP）是全球范围内严重威胁母婴健康的疾病。随着诊治经验的增加，国际及中国HDP诊治指南不断进行更新修订。文章拟结合中国HDP指南指导下的临床实践活动及原则，对国际不同HDP指南中诊断、治疗及预防的要点进行对比分析。
