Tumor-free techniques in open surgeries for gynecological malignancies.

摘要： 无瘤技术是指为防止肿瘤细胞脱落、扩散与种植造成复发转移，在恶性肿瘤手术过程中采取的一系列措施。妇科恶性肿瘤开放性手术中的无瘤防御应当从不可挤压、锐性解剖、隔离肿瘤、整块切除、减少癌细胞污染及减少术中扩散等方面落实，方可取得最佳肿瘤治疗结局。

Abstract: Tumor-free techniques refer to a series of measures taken during the operations for malignancies to prevent tumor cells from shedding，spreading，and implanting that cause recurrence and metastasis. The techniques open surgeries for gynecological malignancies should be implemented by no-compression，sharp dissection，isolation of tumor，en bloc resection，prevention of cancer cell contamination，and preclusion of intraoperative spread in order to achieve optimal oncological outcome.
