摘要： 外阴阴道恶性肿瘤多发生于绝经后女性，生育力保存仅适用于少数发生在年轻女性的外阴或阴道恶性肿瘤患者，这些女性患者部分是在非孕期、部分是在孕期或分娩时发现外阴阴道恶性肿瘤。根据患者年龄、有无生育需求、发现时间、疾病分期及病理类型不同，选择不同的处理方式。

Abstract: Vulval and vaginal caner usually occurs in postmenopausal women. Fertility preservation is only applicable to a few young women，who are diagnosed during non-pregnancy，pregnancy or childbirth. According to the age，whether there is a need for fertility，the time of discovery，stage and pathological type，different treatment methods are selected.
