摘要： 阴道分娩过程中发生的急性胎儿窘迫是紧急剖宫产术的主要原因，文章就紧急剖宫产术的定义，以及实施的时机、条件、针对具体原因的时限予以阐述。帮助医务人员在临床工作中正确应对阴道分娩突发紧急事件，严格掌握紧急剖宫产的指征，以安全和质量为核心，保障母儿安全。
关键词: 紧急剖宫产, 指征, 决定手术至胎儿娩出的时间
Abstract: Acute fetal distress during vaginal delivery is the main reason for emergency cesarean section. This article mainly describes the definition，timing，indications and time limit of emergency cesarean section，in order to help medical staff to respond to emergencies in obstetrics correctly，grasp the indications of emergency cesarean section strictly，and take safety and quality as the core to ensure the safety of mother and newborn.
