摘要：

盆腔器官脱垂是中老年妇女多发病，手术治疗是重度盆腔器官脱垂的首选治疗方式。在众多手术方式中，正确的选择适宜的手术术式，是纠正器官解剖、改善器官功能的关键。而在术前从主观功能、临床体征、客观辅助检查等方面做好全面细致的评估，并根据脱垂的部位和综合其他因素选择适当的术式，是提高盆腔器官脱垂手术治愈率及改善患者术后主观症状的关键。

Abstract:

Pelvic organ prolapse is a disease frequently occurring in middle-aged and old women，and surgical treatment is the preferred treatment for severe pelvic organ prolapse.In a number of surgical procedures，the right choice for surgical operation is very important for the organs correction and organ function improvement.Giving a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of subjective function，clinical signs，auxiliary examination，etc before surgery is very important，and selecting the appropriate operation based on the part of prolapse and other comprehensive factors is also the key to increasing cure rate of the patients with pelvic organ prolapse surgery and improving the subjective symptoms after surgery.
