剖宫产术是产科学中最重要的手术干预措施，但术后可能发生腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症等远期并发症，且有报道部分病例发生癌变、预后较差；目前国内外对于预防剖宫产术后发生腹壁子宫内膜异位症尚无专项指南及专家共识，文章针对腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症这个临床关注点，探讨剖宫产术中无瘤防御问题。

Cesarean section is the most important surgical intervention in obstetrics，but postoperative abdominal wall incision endometriosis and other long-term complications may occur，and some cases have been reported to have cancer and poor prognosis. At present，there is no guideline or expert consensus on the prevention of abdominal wall endometriosis after cesarean section at home and abroad. In view of the clinical concern about abdominal wall endometriosis，this paper discusses the tumor-free principle during cesarean section.
