摘要：

阴道微生态失调是指各种原因导致阴道正常菌群失衡，打破了菌群之间相互制约、相互依赖的平衡关系，从而引起外阴阴道感染性疾病的发生。目前，乳杆菌活菌制剂及中药是目前常用的方法。中药外治法、内治法及针灸疗法治疗是一种改善恢复阴道微生态平衡较为有效和廉价的治疗方法。

Abstract:

Vaginal microecological imbalance refers to the imbalance of normal flora of the vagina，causing the disease of vulvovaginal infections.Currently，the living lactobacillus and traditional Chinese medicine are the more popular method to treat the vulvoginal infections.Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy can recover the vaginal microecological balance，which are more effective and inexpensive treatment methods in vulvovaginal infections.
