摘要

卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿（简称“巧囊”）是育龄妇女的常见疾病，与不孕症密切相关，通过多种机制影响患者生育力。文章探讨“巧囊”患者保留生育功能的个体化管理策略，强调疾病的早诊早治，探讨有生育需求患者的药物治疗选择、手术时机与技巧、术后长期管理以及生育力保存技术的应用，促进“巧囊”患者生育力保护。

Abstract

Ovarian endometriosis（Endometrioma）is a common condition among women of reproductive age and is closely associated with infertility. It impairs female fertility through multiple mechanisms. This article aims to explore individualized management strategies for fertility preservation in patients with ovarian endometriosis，highlighting the importance of early diagnosis and timely intervention. It also elaborates on drug treatment options，surgical timing and techniques，long-term postoperative management，and the application of fertility preservation technologies for patients with fertility desires，promoting fertility preservation in patients with endometrioma.
