摘要

双胎妊娠母体并发症和合并症发生风险高，严重母体并发症和合并症增加孕产妇死亡率。文章通过分析国内外研究现状，系统阐述了双胎严重母体并发症和合并症预测与管理的最新进展，为其临床防治提供理论依据。

Abstract

The risk of maternal complications and comorbidities in twin pregnancy is high. Severe maternal complications and comorbidities increase maternal mortality rate. By analyzing the relevant studies in China and overseas，we systematically expound the latest progress in the prediction and management of severe maternal complications and comorbidities in twin pregnancy，which offers a theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of severe maternal complication and comorbidities in twin pregnancy.
