摘要： 剖宫产技术已成为处理产科急症的主要手段之一，剖宫产手术技巧对改善手术预后有着极其重要的意义。文章从手术技巧、手术方式、缝合方式、缝线的选择等方面，就影响子宫切口愈合的剖宫产手术技术的争议进行讨论，探讨手术技术与切口愈合之间的关系。

Abstract: Cesarean section technology has become one of the main means to deal with obstetric emergencies. Surgical skills of cesarean section is of great significance to improve the prognosis of surgery. This article discusses the disputes on cesarean section skills which affect the healing of uterine incision，and discusses the relationship between operative skills and wound healing from the aspects of operative selsction technique，operative method，suturing method and suture choice.
