随着现代放射介入技术的不断发展与进步，血管介入术广泛应用于妇产科的各类疾病，取得了良好的疗效。因其治疗方式的特殊性，可能会对育龄期妇女的生育造成一定的影响。为降低孕产妇及围产儿并发症的死亡率及发病率，文章将血管介入术后保健与我国现行的孕前保健方案相结合进行阐述，从而更好地了解和完善血管介入术后女性的孕前保健流程。

With the development and progress of radioactive interventional  techniques recently，vascular interventional surgery has been widely used in kinds of obstetric and gynecologic diseases，and has achieved good efficacy.Because of its specific way of treatment，it may influence fertility of women at reproductive age.In order to reduce the mortality and morbidity of maternal and perinatal complications，the article combines the healthcare after vascular intervention with the current health care regimen in China，so as to better guide and perfect the preconception care for women after vascular interventional procedure.
