Abstract: Interleukin-17 inhibitors，as a novel class of biologic disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs，have been increasingly used in the treatment of rheumatic and immune-mediated diseases in recent years.Using secukinumab and ixekizumab as representative examples，this article reviews their clinical applications and the latest evidence-based medical evidence in rheumatic and immune- mediated diseases such as two subtypes of juvenile idiopathic arthritis（juvenile psoriatic arthritis and enthesitis-related arthritis），refractory Behçet’s disease，and certain inflammatory diseases，aiming to promote their standardized use in children.

摘要： 白细胞介素（IL）-17 抑制剂作为一类新型生物合成改善病情抗风湿药（DMARDs），近年在风湿免疫性疾病的治疗中应用日益广泛。该文以司库奇尤单抗及依奇珠单抗等IL-17 抑制剂为代表，探讨其在幼年特发性关节炎两种亚型（幼年银屑病关节炎及与附着点相关关节炎）、难治性白塞病及某些炎症性疾病等风湿免疫性疾病中的临床应用及最新循证医学证据，以促进IL-17 抑制剂在儿童中的规范使用。
