The efficacy of different course of EEG biofeedback treatment on ADHD children.

脑电生物反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍20例疗效观察

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of different course of EEG biofeedback treatment on ADHD children. Methods Twenty children according to DSM-IV Criteria of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)were included in EEG biofeedback treatment. Conners Rating Scale, Wechsler Memory Scale(WMS),Number Cancellation Test, Stroop Test were tested before treatment, after 20 sessions and after 40 sessions of EEG biofeedback treatment. The results of ADHD children were also compared with the normal children. Results After 20 sessions’ treatment, ADHD children’s clinical symptoms had no improvement,but short - term memory in WMS, time of Stroop color test and Stroop color interference test,and the first and second part of Number Cancellation Test improved ,having no significant difference with normal controls ( P > 0.05). After 40 sessions’ treatment, Conners’ somatic factor and anxiety factor, instant memory, Stroop word test and the third part of Number Cancellation Test treatment continued to improve, and had no significant difference with normal controls ( P > 0.05 ).But the long-term memory, Stroop word-interference test, Conners’ behavior factor, learning factor, hyperactivity factor and hyperactivity index were worse than the normal controls(P < 0.05). Conclusion Forty session’ EEG feedback treatment is more effective than 20 sessions’ on ADHD children’s clinical symptoms and cognitive functions, some even as good as the normal children after 40 sessions treatment.

摘要: 探讨不同疗程脑电生物(EEG)反馈治疗注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的疗效特点。方法 对1999年9月至2002年6月北京大学精神卫生研究所门诊 的20例7~15岁ADHD患儿进行EEG反馈治疗,于治疗前,治疗20、40次后,进行Conners 儿童行为评定量表、韦氏记忆量表、数字划消和Stroop测试,并与正常对 照组比较。结果 治疗20次后ADHD患儿的临床症状无改善,短时记忆、数字划消第1、2段净分、Stroop色测验、颜色干扰时达到正常对照组水平( P < 0.05)。 治疗40次后,Conners躯体因子和焦虑因子、瞬时记忆、Stroop词测验时间、数字划消第3段净分继续改善,达到正常对照组水平(P < 0.05);但长时记忆、 Stroop词义干扰时、Conners行为因子、学习因子、多动因子和多动指数与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 延长治疗时间,ADHD患儿的 临床症状和认知功能进一步改善,治疗40次后,部分临床症状和认知功能可达到正常水平。
