摘要： 儿童神经重症监护（NCC）患者由于神经相关呼吸衰竭，通常需要有创机械通气。目前已有重症监护病房（ICU）患者撤机拔管指南推荐，但儿童 NCC 的撤机、拔管策略及时机尚无明确推荐。文章总结了目前关于儿童 NCC 撤机、拔管时机及预测指标研究，基于现有指南对ICU、NCC 患者的推荐意见，探讨儿童 NCC 患者撤机及拔管的时机问题。

Abstract: Patients in the pediatric neurocritical care（NCC）often require invasive mechanical ventilation due to neurological-related respiratory failure.While guidelines exist for weaning and extubation in ICU patients，there are currently no clear recommendations for weaning and extubation strategies or timing for pediatric NCC patients. This article summarizes current research on weaning，extubation timing，and predictive indicators for pediatric NCC patients. Based on recommendations for ICU and NCC patients in the current guidelines，the timing of weaning and extubation in pediatric NCC patients are explored.
