摘要：

急诊医学在过去的30年间发生了很大的变化，急诊抗感染治疗领域的进步也是同步的。过去的10年间我们提出、推广并实践了“开始就正确”的理念，并使众多急重症患者获益；30年走过，急诊学科、诊断学及其他学科有了新的进步，耐药时代有了新的要求，我们期待急诊抗感染治疗能够有“从正确到准确”的新转变。这个新的要求和目标的实现，需要诸多支撑和保障条件。

Abstract:

Abstract：Great changes occurred in emergency medicine during the past thirty years，and synchronously progresses also happened in the field of anti-infection therapy.In the past decade，we proposed，practiced and promoted an anti-infection idea “to do correctly at the beginning”，from which many patients have benefited Accompanying with the advances in many fields such as emergency medicine and diagnosis，new requirements have been proposed in this drug-resistant era，and also we attempt to develop the principle from “being correct” to “being accurate”，which means a higher level to use antibiotics exactly.However，the realization of this improvement should be supported and guaranteed by various aspects.
