基于多维度交融的口腔医学留学生复合型人才培养模式探索

Abstract: Rich teaching resources,high teaching level and standard teaching mode are the characteristics of stomatology education in China,which is the reason for the relatively high proportion of international stomatology students. However,there are still some problems. To find some suitable education mode to improve ability of cultural identity,international vision,research innovation,and competence of these talents,the Stomatology Medical Center of Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology proposed the “3C” education mode(cultural transmission,CDIO,and cross-disciplinary)based on nearly ten years of exploration and summary. The review discussed the quality and advantage of the education mode from cultural identity,international vision,scientific research innovation and cross cooperation of international students of stomatology in order to provide reference for other stomatology colleges.

摘要: 口腔医学教学具有教学资源丰富、教学水平高、教学模式规范等特点,使口腔医学留学生的比例相对较高。然而,针对口腔医学留学生教育方面尚存问题亟需解决。为积极探索口腔医学留学生培养模式,在提高留学生科研创新思维及交叉复合型人才胜任力的同时,加深其中国文化认同感,并开拓国际视野,华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院口腔医学中心经过近10余年的探索与总结,首次提出基于多维度交融的“3C”口腔医学留学生培养模式(简称“3C”培养模式),包括文化交融模式(cultural transmission)、教学交融模式(CDIO)及学科交融模式(cross disciplinary)。文章从文化认同感、国际视野、科研创新、交叉合作等方面探讨该培养模式的质量与优势,为其他口腔医学院校提供参考。
