Abstract: Fusobacterium nucleatum（F. nucleatum），a Gram-negative obligate anaerobe bacterium，has been proved to be one of the most important pathogens of periodontal disease. Recent studies have shown that F. nucleatum is related to a variety of systemic diseases，and the relationship between F. nucleatum and the intestinal disease has attracted wide attention. This study is to summarize the research progress in the relationship between F. nucleatum and intestinal diseases，including inflammatory bowel disease，acute appendicitis and colorectal cancer，in clinical and pathological aspects.

摘要： 具核梭杆菌（Fusobacterium nucleatum，F. nucleatum）是一种革兰阴性专性厌氧菌，被认为是牙周炎的重要致病菌之一。近年来的研究表明，F. nucleatum与多种全身疾病相关，其中，F. nucleatum与肠道疾病的关系更是最新研究热点。文章就F. nucleatum与炎症性肠病、急性阑尾炎及结直肠癌等常见肠道疾病在临床及病理学上的相关性研究进展做一综述。
