Abstract:

There are greater difficulties in the management of children in the department of dental outpatient and emergency due to low degree of cooperation，especially the children in the state of stress such as toothache or trauma. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how to effectively conduct behavior management and comfort treatment for children，so as to provide better guide for the development of clinical work.

摘要：

患儿的配合度较低，尤其当处于牙痛或外伤等应激状态下时，其在口腔门急诊的管理中存在较大的困难。文章就如何有效地进行患儿的行为管理及舒适化治疗做一分析，从而更好地为临床工作的开展进行指导。
