镍钛器械根管预备对牙本质微裂的影响及预防

Abstract:

Nickel-titanium instruments are the mainstream in the root canal preparation,and are widely used in the modern root canal treatment. But some researchers believe that the preparation process may cause or aggravate dentinal microcracks of the root canal wall. Dentinal microcracks will lead to bacteria colonization,microleakage and even vertical root fracture,and reduce the long-term outcome of root canal treatment. This article elaborated the hazard,etiology,prevention and controversy of the formation of dentinal microcracks in the process of root canal preparation with nickel-titanium instruments.

摘要:

镍钛器械是根管预备过程中的主流器械,被广泛应用于现代根管治疗。但有学者认为其预备过程可能造成或加重根管壁牙本质微裂,而微裂可导致细菌定植、微渗漏甚至牙根纵裂,降低根管治疗的远期疗效。文章系统阐述了镍钛器械根管预备过程中形成牙本质微裂的危害、诱因、预防及争议。
