Abstract:

Root canal sealer is the necessary materials of root canal obturation，and it is also the key to obtruating root canal system closely. The adhesion of root canal sealer has received popular attention from clinicians and researchers due to the development of “monoblock” concept. The mechanism and relevant factors of adhesion of root canal sealer were introduced in this article.

根管封闭剂是根管充填的必备材料，也是保证严密封闭根管系统的关键。“一体化”概念的提出，使封闭剂的粘接性成为临床医生和研究学者关注的热点。文章就根管封闭剂的粘接机制和影响粘接的因素做一简介。
