数字化3D打印技术在OSAHS治疗中的应用

  • 作者简介:于擘,教授、主任医师。现工作于第四军医大学口腔医学院颅颌面创伤整形外科。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔颌面外科专业委员会睡眠障碍诊疗组组长、中华医学会睡眠专业委员会常务委员。长期从事口腔医学教学、科研和临床医疗工作。主要专业方向为口腔颌面部创伤和正颌外科。擅长睡眠呼吸障碍疾病诊治、颞下颌关节强直手术治疗、口腔颌面部创伤及正颌外科等。副主编专著1部,参编专著5部。发表论文30余篇,其中SCI论文4篇。获陕西省科技进步二等奖及三等奖各1项,陕西省科技攻关课题1项。

Abstract:

Digital medical as a product of digital technology combined with medicine,has gotten rapid development in recent years. Digital 3D printing is a newly emerged technology in this background. Digital 3D printing technology has changed the traditional medicine pattern,especially in the field of surgical medical. It mainly reflects in evaluation and forecast risk before the operation,real-time navigation in the process of the operation and evaluation of surgical effects after the operation.This paper introduces the application of digital 3D printing technology in the treatment of OSAHS.

摘要:

数字化医学作为数字化技术与医学结合的产物,近年来在国内外得到了快速的发展。数字化3D打印技术即在这一背景下出现。数字化3D打印技术改变了传统的医学模式,尤其是在外科医学领域,主要体现在术前评估及预测风险、术中实时引导手术以及术后效果的评价等。文章着重介绍数字化3D打印技术在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)治疗中的应用。
