次氯酸钠影响牙本质黏结的研究进展

Abstract:

Sodium hypochlorite is the most common irrigant employed in endodontic treatment with antibacterial activity which is capable of dissolving the necrotic tissue. However some studies suggest NaOCl could interfere in organization structure, chemical composition and the bond strength of the composite bonded to dentine. This paper reviewed the research progress.

摘要:

次氯酸钠(NaOCl)是目前牙髓治疗中应用最广泛的根管冲洗药物之一,具有抗菌和溶解有机基质的作用。然而,有研究表明NaOCl可能会影响牙本质的组织结构和化学成分,并影响牙本质与树脂黏结材料之间的黏结强度。现对NaOCl影响牙本质黏结的研究进展做一综述。
