Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of the intracoronal acid etching on the color of bovine teeth in vitro after teeth bleaching. Methods Totally 60 bovine teeth in vitro were stained with a 4 g/100 mL black tea solution of 0.5 mL,which was injected into the apical foramen with a syringe,and then were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 samples of the acid etching group were conducted intracoronal bleaching after acid etching 30 s,while the 30 samples of the non acid etching group were directly bleached without acid etching. The color comparator was utilized for color comparisons before and after teeth staining,as well as immediately after the bleaching,and on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days after bleaching. The level variation was calculated and the statistical analysis was performed. Results (1)There was no obvious difference in the color immediately after bleaching between two groups,but the color restoration was obvious within 1 to 3 days after bleaching in two groups.(2)the maximum color restoration occurred within 3 days in both groups,and the color tended to be stable in 4 to 7 days. (3)the color restoration in the non acid etching group was higher than that in the acid etching group. Conclusion Intracoronal acid etching can enhance the bleaching effects of the bovine teeth in vitro.

摘要:
目的 研究髓室内酸蚀对离体牛牙内漂白后颜色的影响。方法 60颗离体牛牙样本使用注射器从根尖孔处注入0.5 mL质量浓度为4 g/100 mL的红茶溶液进行染色,之后随机分为2组,其中30颗样本酸蚀30 s后进行牙齿内漂白(酸蚀组),30颗样本未经酸蚀直接进行牙齿内漂白(未酸蚀组)。两组样本牙分别在染色前、染色后、漂白后即刻及漂白后1、3、5、7 d使用比色仪进行比色,计算色阶改变并进行统计学分析。结果 (1)两组样本牙在漂白后即刻颜色差异不明显,在漂白后1~3 d内颜色回复明显;(2)两组样本牙在3 d内颜色回复最大,在4~7 d内颜色趋于稳定;(3)未酸蚀组样本牙颜色回复高于酸蚀组。结论 髓室内酸蚀可以加强离体牛牙内漂白效果。
