Abstract:
Objective To investigate the biomechanics characters preliminarily with different direction and the magnitude of the retractive forces in maxillary complex of human being. Methods Use ANSYS and Mimics software to establish the 3D finite element model of maxillary complex of human being. Then the ANSYS software was used to analyse stress distribution and displacement of upper dentition. Results With different direction of force,the occlusional plane showed bodily movement without any rotation. When the force was 2N,the major principal stress was the lightest with even distribution. Conclusion We should pay affention to the value and direction of retractive force in moving upper dentition,providing theoretical bases for controling rotation of occlusional plane.

摘要:
目的 探讨不同牵引方向和牵引力值作用下整体后牵引上牙列,牙弓中各牙及牙合平面变化的生物力学机制。方法 使用MIMICS和ANSYS软件建立人鼻上颌骨复合体三维有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件分析不同牵引角度和力值作用下,上牙列各标志点在三维方向上的位移变化和应力分布。结果 不同牵引角度远中移动上牙列,对牙合平面旋转牵引具有一定影响;当牵引力为2 N时,上颌骨各部分应力最小,分布最为均匀。结论 后牵引远中移动上牙列时,应注意牵引力值和牵引角度的使用,为控制牙合平面旋转提供理论依据。
