Abstract:

Objective    To investigate the relationship between Angle's Ⅱ1 malocclusion and alveolar resorption. Methods    Atotal of 1351 adult patients who had stomatology treatments in our hospital were chosen. The patients were divided into two groups （15 - 19 group and 35 - 44 group） according to the age and their plaster models and orthotomographs of the whole jaw were statistically analyzed. Results    There are significant difference between the different age in malocclusion of alveolar vertical resorption（P < 0.05）. The Angle's Ⅱ1 malocclusion patients had high prevalence of alveolar vertical resorption than the normal occlusion group（P < 0.05）. There were no significant difference between different sex in each age group（P > 0.05）. The 13 ~23 and 33 ~ 43 were easier to have alveolar vertical resorption in individual normal occlusion group. The 16，17，26 and 27 were easier to have alveolar vertical resorption in malocclusion group of age 15-19；36，37，46 and 47 were easier to have it in group of age 35 - 44. Conclusion    Malocclusion patients，especially elder ones may be more likely to get alveolar vertical resorption. Doctors should pay more attention to them to help them to maintain their periodontical health.

摘要：

目的    探讨安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形患者牙槽骨垂直吸收发生情况及好发牙位。方法    筛选2005年1月至2010年1月云南省第二人民医院安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形行正畸治疗病例1351例，按年龄将其分为15 ~ 19岁组和35 ~ 44岁组。对患者治疗前的石膏模型、全颌曲面断层片进行统计分析。结果    （1）牙槽骨垂直吸收患病率：两组患者均高于正常牙合人群（P < 0.05）；35 ~ 44岁组高于15 ~ 19岁组（P < 0.05）；同年龄组间性别差异无统计学意（P < 0.05）。（2）牙槽骨垂直吸收好发牙位：安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形组，15 ~ 19岁组是[76    67]　　，35 ~ 44岁组是[76    67]　　；正常牙合组：两年龄组均为[321   123]　　和[321   123]　　。结论    安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形患者较正常牙合人群更易发生牙槽骨的垂直吸收，且牙槽骨垂直吸收发生率随年龄增加而增加，提示正畸临床治疗中，安氏Ⅱ1错牙合畸形患者，尤其是成年患者，更应关注其牙周健康及定期进行牙周维护性治疗。
