亲水种植体促进骨整合机制研究进展

摘要: 快速稳定的骨整合一直是口腔种植学研究的重要目标。近年来,通过种植体表面改性的方法提高种植体表面的亲水性以促进骨整合,已成为研究的热点。种植体植入后,可引发一系列级联事件,影响骨整合的发生发展。文章就亲水种植体促进骨整合机制的相关研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Several approaches for increasing hydrophilicity have been recently become one of the main research focuses to accelerate implant osseointegration,which has always been an important goal of dental implant research. Placement of a dental implant in bone tissue activates a cascade of cellular and molecular events that lead to the apposition of newly-formed bone directly onto the titanium surface. This review focuses on the mechanism for the implant with hydrophilic surface to promote osseointegration.
