瞬时受体电位通道与牙科疼痛相关研究进展

摘要: 瞬时受体电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道是一组存在于牙髓初级传入神经元、成牙本质细胞、牙髓成纤维细胞等细胞中的非选择性阳离子通道,由渗透压、温度、炎症因子等激活后产生电位信号,其上行至中枢引发痛觉,这种神经传导机制与牙本质敏感、牙髓炎性疼痛的产生关系密切。文章就近年来TRP通道介导的牙科疼痛机制和调控TRP通道在牙科疼痛管理方面的研究进展做一综述,提出了具有一定可行性的临床疼痛管理措施,为牙科疼痛研究提供新方向。

Abstract: The transient receptor potential(TRP)channel is a group of non-selective cation channels present in primary afferent neurons of the pulp,odontoblasts,and dental pulp fibroblasts. The TRP channel is activated by osmotic pressure,temperature,inflammatory factors,etc.,and generates a potential signal that transmits to central nervous system to cause pain. This nerve conduction mechanism is closely related to the generation of dentin sensitive and pulpitis pain. This paper reviews the recent research progress in TRP channel-mediated dental pain mechanism and regulation of TRP channel in dental pain management. Clinical pain management measures with certain feasibility are put forward,which may become one of the future directions of dental pain research.
