根管内台阶产生的相关因素、预防及处理

摘要： 台阶是医源性因素导致的根管壁表面形态不规则的结构，是根管预备过程中最常见的并发症。台阶的形成会妨碍根管系统的清理和成形，从而影响根管治疗的预后。因此，临床医生应了解根管内台阶的形成原因，明确台阶的预防措施，掌握台阶的处理方法，以最大程度地预防台阶的产生并妥善处理台阶。文章就根管内台阶产生的相关因素及防治策略做一介绍。

Abstract: Ledge is the irregular structure of the root canal wall surface caused by iatrogenic factors，and ledge is the most common complication during root canal preparation. Ledge may hinder the shaping and cleaning procedures，which may adversely affect the prognosis. Therefore，clinicians should learn about the causes，make clear the prevention measures and master the management methods in order to prevent ledges as much as possible and manage them. In this article，related factors，prevention and management of the ledge in root canal were introduced.
