摘要:
环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)由单个RNA分子末端共价形成,无5′及3′核糖核苷酸末端结构,是调控转录后基因表达的新成员。近年研究表明,由不同位置基因组产生的参与转录及转录后基因表达调控的circRNA在人类免疫炎症反应中发挥着至关重要的作用,提示circRNA可能参与牙周炎症的调控过程。除此之外,已有文献报道circRNA还参与其他口腔疾病的生物学过程。文章就circRNA在免疫炎症反应中的作用及其在口腔疾病中的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:
Circular RNA is covalently formed by the ends of a single RNA molecule,with no structures of 5′ or 3′ ribonucleotides,and is the new member in regulation of post-transcriptional gene expression. Recent studies have shown that the circular RNAs involved in transcriptional and post-transcriptional gene expression that are generated by different positional genomes play a crucial role in human immuno-inflammatory reactions,suggesting that circular RNA may participate in the regulation of periodontal inflammation. In addition,a few of reports have reported that circular RNA is also involved in other oral diseases. This article reviews the role of circular RNA in immune inflammatory response and its research progress in oral diseases.
