牙周相关长链非编码RNA研究进展

摘要:

长链非编码RNA是指一类长度大于200个核苷酸、不编码蛋白质的RNA。研究证实,长链非编码RNA通过信号分子、诱饵分子、引导分子、支架分子等方式对遗传、转录及转录后水平等多层面进行调控。近年来,长链非编码RNA在牙周炎发生发展中的作用成为研究热点之一,文章就与牙周相关的长链非编码RNA在牙周组织炎症和牙周膜干细胞成骨中作用的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:

Long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)is a kind of noncoding RNA that is longer than 200 nucleotides and does not encode proteins. Studies have confirmed that lncRNAs regulate the level of inheritance,transcription,and post-transcriptional levels through signal molecules,decoy molecules,guide molecules,and scaffolds,and other biological processes. In recent years,the role of lncRNA in the development of periodontitis has become one of the research hotspots. In this paper,the role of lncRNA associated with periodontitis in periodontal inflammation and periodontal ligament stem cell osteogenesis are summerised.
