数字化口腔种植治疗现状与研究进展

  • 作者简介:耿威，医学博士，首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院种植科主任医师。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔种植专业委员会常务委员、口腔颌面修复专业委员会委员，国际口腔种植学会（ITI）专家组成员，《口腔医学研究》杂志常务编委。2007年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）进修学习牙种植修复技术。主持完成省部级课题2项，主持和参与国家自然科学基金资助课题2项。参编2015本科生教材《口腔种植学》及研究生教材《口腔固定修复学》，参编《现代口腔种植学》第1、2版。主译及参译口腔种植专著4部。作为子课题负责人完成国家“十五攻关”项目1项，并获得北京市科技进步奖三等奖。获“颅颌面种植体”发明专利1项。2005年入选北京市科技新星，2015年获北京市高层次卫生人才。

摘要：

随着计算机技术和现代口腔种植修复技术的不断发展和进步，数字化技术已经越来越多地应用于口腔种植治疗中。文章将详细论述牙种植治疗中数字化诊断评估与手术规划设计，计算机导航的种植外科技术、种植修复的数字化印模与CAD/CAM个性化基台，以及全程数字化口腔种植治疗技术。

Abstract:

With modern oral implant restoration technology continuously evolving and progressing，digital technology has been increasingly used in the treatment of oral implantology. In this article，we will discuss in detail about digitalized diagnostic evaluation and surgical planning and design in dental implant treatment, computer navigation in implant surgery technology，digital impression and CAD/CAM individualized abutments in implant restoration，as well as comprehensive digital dental implant treatment techniques.
