年轻恒牙脱位性损伤的诊疗原则

  • 作者简介:赵玉鸣，北京大学口腔医学院儿童口腔科教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会儿童口腔医学专业委员会常务委员，中华医学会医疗损害责任技术鉴定专家，北京市科委生物医药和医疗卫生领域专家，中国科学技术协会儿童口腔医学健康科普专家，国际儿童牙科协会（International Association of Paediatric Dentistry）会员，International Journal of Paediatric Dentistry编委。多年来从事儿童口腔医学临床、教学和科研工作。发表学术论文70余篇，其中SCI收录30余篇。参编口腔医学教科书4部，参译儿童口腔医学相关书籍7部。作为项目负责人主持国家级和省部级科研项目5项，参与国家级和省部级科研项目7项。以第三完成人获北京市科学技术三等奖、中华医学科技奖三等奖各1项。

摘要： 年轻恒牙外伤是影响儿童及青少年牙颌发育与健康的重要疾病，其中脱位性牙外伤常同时累及多颗牙齿和口腔颌面部其他软硬组织，病情复杂，治疗相对困难，远期并发症较多。文章结合2020年国际牙外伤学会颁布的指南，对年轻恒牙脱位性损伤的检查诊断要点、治疗原则和预后进行介绍，为临床儿童牙外伤的诊疗提供参考。

Abstract: Traumatic dental injuries in young permanent teeth seriously affect the dental and maxillofacial health and development in children and adolescents. Luxation injuries often involve multiple teeth and other soft and hard tissues in oral and maxillofacial region. The complicated condition makes the treatment for luxation relatively difficult，and there are more long-term complications. Based on the Guidelines of International Association of Dental Traumatology published in 2020，this paper introduces the key points of examination and diagnosis，treatment principles and prognosis of luxation injuries in young permanent teeth，providing a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of dental trauma in children.
