纳米金粒子在口腔医学领域的研究进展

摘要： 纳米金粒子具有表面增强拉曼散射、表面等离子共振等特性，广泛应用于抗细菌、抗真菌及成骨等领域。近年来，纳米金粒子在口腔临床中的应用逐渐受到重视，为口腔疾病的预防、诊断、治疗提供了新思路。文章就纳米金粒子在口腔医学领域的最新研究进展做一综述，为其在口腔临床中的应用奠定理论基础。

Abstract: Gold nanoparticles（AuNPs）have the properties of surface-enhanced Raman scattering（SERS）and surface plasmon resonance（SPR），and are widely used in anti-bacterial，anti-fungal，and osteogenic fields. Recently，the research on the application of gold nanoparticles in clinical stomatology has been paid move and more attention，providing new ideas for the prevention，diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases. This article aims to review the latest research progress of AuNPs in the field of oral medicine，which lays a theoretical foundation for the clinical use of AuNPs in dentistry.
