  • 作者简介:张英，教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学附属口腔医院口腔急诊·黏膜病科主任。兼任国际牙医师学院院士，中华口腔医学会口腔急诊专业委员会副主任委员、口腔激光专业委员会常务委员、口腔黏膜病学专业委员会常务委员，中国中医药信息研究会口腔医学分会副会长，辽宁省口腔医学会理事、口腔黏膜病学专业委员会主任委员，国际牙外伤协会会员（IADT），国际口腔激光应用学会中国专家组成员，《中国实用口腔科杂志》编委等职务。主持及参与国家级、省级科研课题6项，发表学术论文80余篇，参编著作7部。

摘要： 口腔黏膜疾病病因及临床表现复杂，治疗方法多以药物疗法为主。规范和扩大物理疗法的应用可减少药物疗法的风险，弥补其不足。文章从物理疗法的意义以及常用物理疗法的原理、适应证、禁忌证、使用注意事项等方面进行归纳，并对相关问题加以提示，旨在为临床医生进行口腔黏膜疾病治疗时提供指导。

Abstract: The clinical manifestations and etiology of oral mucosal diseases are diverse and complex，while drug therapy is the main therapy. Standardizing and widening the application of physical therapy can reduce drug-induced risk and make up for its deficiencies. The writer summarizes the significance，the principles，indications，contraindications and precautions of physical therapy，and indicates relevant problems. This paper aims at providing guidance for clinical oral mucosa-related treatment.
