种植体周围炎离我们有多远

摘要：

由于种植体表面处理技术和种植外科技术的不断发展，目前的牙种植体都能够获得可预期的骨结合。然而种植修复的远期失败仍然困扰着广大临床医生，其中种植体周围炎是导致远期失败的重要并发症之一。本文结合文献详细介绍了种植体周围炎的定义、流行病学、诊断、病因学、危险因素、治疗和预防等方面，旨在提供种植体周围炎全面清晰的概念，时刻警醒种植体周围炎的发生。

Abstract:

With the development of surface modification and implant surgical technique，predictable osseointegration can be achieved. However，the late implant failure still troubles the clinicians. Peri-implantitis is one of the complications lead to late implant failure. The present review introduced the definition， epidemiology， diagnosis，etiology，risk factors，treatment and prevention of peri-implantitis. The aim of the present review was to provide comprehensive concepts of peri-implantits.
