牙槽骨缺损与正畸诊疗研究进展

摘要：

牙槽骨缺损可不伴有任何临床症状。如果正畸治疗后出现较严重的牙槽骨缺损，会造成牙周组织的病理性变化，累及患者牙周健康，降低正畸疗效的稳定性，同时牙槽骨缺损也会影响牙齿移动的方式和生物力学机制。

Abstract:

The alveolar bone defect may not be associated with any clinical symptoms. If more serious alveolar bone defect occurs after orthodontic treatment， it will lead pathological changes in periodontal tissue， involving patients with periodontal health， reducing the stability of orthodontic efficacy， and alveolar bone defect also affects the tooth movement information and biomechanical mechanisms.
