摘要:
舌癌是口腔癌中发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,早期特异性生物学标志物的缺乏、肿瘤转移和复发导致了舌癌患者的5年生存率几十年来都停滞在50%左右的较低水平。动物模型在人类疾病的研究中起着十分重要的作用,建立舌癌动物模型将推动舌癌发病机制和防治措施的研究进展。本文将对舌癌动物模型的建立方法、原理和主要应用领域进行综述,并对各种建模方法的优缺点进行分析和评价。

Abstract:
Abstract:Tongue cancer is the most common malignancy of oral cancer,and its 5-year survival rate has been stagnated in 50% for decades due to lack of early specific biomarkers,metastasis or recurrence. Animal models play an important role in studying human disease,and research in mechanism of tongue carcinogenesis and prevention may be promoted by animal models of tongue cancer. This article summarized the methods,principle and major application fields of several animal models of tongue cancer,then their relative merits analyzed.
