口腔CAD/CAM可切削氧化锆应用概述

摘要:

氧化锆是口腔修复中应用较为广泛的一种材料,主要用于牙体或牙列缺损的美容修复。与传统的齿科合金材料相比,氧化锆具有很多优势,如良好的力学性能、生物相容性、美学效果以及核磁共振兼容性等,这使得其越来越被临床医生及患者接受。本文就国内主流品牌氧化锆的基本性能、临床应用效果做一综述。

Abstract:

Zirconia is a kind of material which has been widely used in dental restorations.It is mainly used for esthetic restoration of tooth or dentition defects. Compared with the conventional alloy materials, zirconia has many advantages, such as good mechanical properties, biological compatibility, aesthetic effect and nuclear magnetic resonance compatibility,which makes zirconia be accepted by doctors and patients widely. This article provides the overview of the basic properties of zirconia and clinical applications of CAD/CAM machinable zirconia in prosthetics at present in China.
