针对牙周进修医生分阶段能力提升的教学模式思考与探索

摘要: 牙周进修医生教学是牙周病学教学体系中不可或缺的一环,对于解决当前我国牙周病诊治医患失衡矛盾具有重要意义。文章以北京大学口腔医学院牙周进修教学30余年的经验为基础,根据牙周系统治疗的专业特点,总结和探索牙周进修教学分阶段能力提升的教学模式。该模式将一年期进修教学以3个月为界,分为4个阶段。第一阶段为熟练掌握牙周专业理论知识并初步掌握基础治疗能力阶段,第二阶段为牙周专业理论知识强化和规范及基础治疗再评估阶段,第三阶段为复杂患者的多学科综合治疗设计及手术入门阶段,第四阶段为牙周临床诊治思维培养及特色手术能力提升阶段。通过设计一系列操作性强、可量化的考核标准,以使每一阶段训练内容落到实处。期望这一教学模式的推广能够推动我国牙周进修医生教学事业的发展。

Abstract: The education of periodontal refresher doctors is an indispensable part of the education system of periodontology,which is of great significance to solve the imbalance between periodontists and periodontal patients in China. Based on the experience of more than 30 years of periodontal education in Peking University School of Stomatology,the teaching model of phased ability improvement for periodontal refresher doctors was summarized and explored according to the professional characteristics of periodontal therapy in this paper. In the model,the one-year education for periodontal refresher doctors was divided into four stages with three months as one stage. Stage 1 is to master periodontal theoretical knowledge and to preliminarily grasp initial periodontal therapy. Stage 2 is to strengthen and standardize periodontal theoretical knowledge and to re-evaluate the initial periodontal therapy. Stage 3 is to make multidisciplinary treatment design for complex patients and to preliminarily grasp periodontal surgery. Stage 4 is to cultivate the periodontal thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment and to improve the ability on characteristic periodontal surgery. By designing a series of operable and quantifiable assessment standards,the training content of each stage can be implemented. It is expected that the popularization of this teaching model can promote the development of periodontal education in China.
